RETURN POLICY

Please read carefully the following terms of our returns policy.

  • Returns or product changes are valid only within 10 calendar days of receipt.
  • We as a company do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may accompany some of them from the manufacturer.
  • In the event of a return due to an incorrect estimate, the transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • In case of a proven defective product, the shipping costs are borne by us.
  • If the product to be returned a) is not proven defective, b) it is found to have been used, c) its packaging has been destroyed, it is returned to the buyer with transport costs borne by the buyer.
  • In case of repeated returns or in case papoutsomenosgatos.gr perceives, at its absolute discretion, that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, it has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are covered.

In each of the above cases, any return and/or replacement must be made within ten(10) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns that have NOT been previously contacted by telephone(6942244153 & 2384502206), will not be received by us, as well as returns that are not in their original packaging (i.e. as sent by us).

The product to be returned-replaced must be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DATA, Retailer’s receipt, etc.), be in the condition received by the customer and the packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
